All footage on Vidoasis is covered by the Vidoasis Unlimited License (VUL). The Vidoasis Unlimited License allows for footage to be used in any manner commercially or otherwise worldwide on any platform. The limitation is that you may not re-sell as stock videos or photos anywhere, or sell with minimal to no modification, or upload to any type of stock website, including free websites. You may not use videos on Vidoasis in any way that could be considered demeaning to the subject of the video. You may not trademark or copyright footage covered under the Vidoasis Unlimited License, as that could prevent others from using the footage.
All footage downloaded by users with paying subscriptions may be used for all commercial or creative purposes on any platform worldwide with no limitations in perpetuity. These rights remain in effect (for user-downloaded footage) after the subscription has expired, in perpetuity.

By submitting a video clip, you agreed to be compensated the chosen amount (between $1-$100) for the uploaded clip. You agree that once your uploaded clip is approved, your footage is covered under the Vidoasis Unlimited License for perpetuity. All approved video clips will be paid for by Vidoasis directly to your selected payment receiving method. You may continue to use your footage for your own purposes after uploading. By uploading you confirm the talent and locations featured within your videos have agreed to be filmed, and have released the rights to their likenesses to be filmed and sold, and that it is within your right to distribute that footage to Vidoasis. If Vidoasis receives a complaint from a featured actor, location, or brand, we will remove the clip immediately.
